Valerie Hasson, Santa Fe Leasing Specialists Joins Hardy and Company - Offering Fee Based Property Leasing

Valerie has nearly 30 years of experience in Real Estate and over that time has practiced in every area of the business including resale, new homes, property management and leasing, Valerie has honed her services down to what she loves the best:  Matchmaking the property owner and tenant.

Valerie will be offering her service under Hardy and Company as Santa Fe Leasing Specialists which is an extension of her San Diego company Coastal Leasing Specialists a company she sold prior to moving to Santa Fe several years ago.  In San Diego she celebrated 7 years of success and over 500 lease transactions!

The leasing service that Valerie will offer is unique to the Santa Fe market.  Traditionally, when an owner of a rental property wanted to lease their home, their option was to hire a full service property manager.  The full service property manager would charge a leasing fee plus an ongoing property management fee.  Valerie has learned that not all owners need or want full service property management and focus her efforts strictly on marketing an owners rental property and tenant placement.  Once a tenant is identified, she turns the management of the property and rent collection back to the owner.  When the owner is willing to collect rents and do the property management they can save up to 40%, compared to a traditional full service property management firm.

Valarie's unique leasing service can save landlords a significant amount of money when they lease their home.  This program fits perfectly with our mission and the other services Hardy and Company offers. I am thrilled that she has decided to join the firm!
