What A Great Month January Was - We Saved Our Clients Over $30,000 This Month!

The photo above is a shot I took at the New Year's Eve firework show in Aspen Colorado and is a perfect image to symbolize what a great January it was for Hardy & Company!  For what is normally a very slow month, we were very busy. We listed a total of 11 new properties and closed on three sales.  Congratulations to all of our sellers!  All in all, we saved our clients over $30,000 in commissions in January alone - just our little form of economic stimulus.  February is shaping up to be equally as active as we put a number of properties under contract this month.  In fact, I just received a signed contract on one of our new listings that was on the market just one day before the offer came in - we're scheduled to close in March (BTW, the contract that I negotiated was within 0.8% of the asking price & the seller stands to save over $6,000 in commissions).
